Kividev process your Personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

This activity is based on Kividev’s legitimate interest in the obligation of accountability in the the scope of consents held for the processing of personal data, in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(f) RODO.

Google Analytics

Our website implements the Google Analytics analytical service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: “Google Analytics”).

We use the Google Analytics function that allows you to anonymise your IP address before saving or processing, including before analysing the user’s behaviour on the network. Your IP address is usually shortened within the European Union / EEA and only sent to a Google server in the USA in this form.

We will not associate your information with your other personal information.

The collected data is used for analytical purposes, including the purpose of gathering anonymous statistics of visits to our websites, thanks to which we examine how users use our website, which in turn allows us to optimise our website.

You can also turn off saving Google cookies in your browser settings or prevent the processing of your data by switching on the “Opt-Out” option. This will install “Opt- Out”, which prevents the recording of your data on this website.

Google Chrome

Click on the menu (top right corner), tab Settings > Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, you need to click on the Content settings button.

Mozilla Firefox

From the browser menu: Tools > Options > Privacy. Activate the Firefox box: “will use user settings”. About cookies, check – or not – the box Accept cookies.

Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0

From the browser menu (top right corner): Tools > Internet Options > Privacy, button Sites. Use the slider to set the level, confirm the change with OK.


From the browser menu: Utility > Preferences > Advanced. Cookies are decided by checking – or not – the Cookies item.


In the Safari drop-down menu, you need to select Preferences and click the Security icon.

Here you select the security level under “Accept cookies”.

Rights you have

In accordance with data protection laws, in particular the RODO, you have the rights to:

  • access the content of your personal data;
  • request the amendment (correction) of your personal data;
  • receiving, in a structured, commonly used format, personal data that you have provided to us

  • request the deletion of your personal data, that we no longer have legal grounds to process;

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data (for reasons related to your particular situation), unless our grounds for processing are superior to your interests, rights and freedoms.
